Black Luxury Agents Collective (BLAC) strives to establish a sustainable, inclusive black experience that cultivates and encourages the group’s collective impact, one where our unique expertise intersects with opportunity and a commitment to drive wealth among the Sotheby’s International Realty brand’s black agents and the communities that we serve. We aim to demonstrate excellence within a culture bonded by respect and shared values.
Empower
and educate the black community, expanding confidence in the home buying and selling experience by harnessing the market knowledge and expertise of B.L.A.C.
Provide
relevant resources and platforms focused on presence, homeownership, opportunities, investing, wealth, and legacy building.
Invite
and retain black individuals within the Sotheby’s International Realty network, and provide opportunities for social engagement, professional development, and referrals.
Care
for and listen to all affected by inequity to foster unity, support, and growth, in order to cultivate a significant collective impact.

Karla Parker
With nearly 20 years of experience as a Realtor®, and a lifetime passion for all things real estate, Karla Parker embodies the quality service and commitment to excellence that her clients deserve. When you entrust your real estate goals to Karla, your success becomes her number one priority.
Karla spent her formative years in Garden District of New Orleans, an area where architecture, history, culture, and religion converge seamlessly. During her adolescence, her family bought and sold homes in various markets throughout the US. This experience shaped her ability to understand the selection and negotiation process, and to evaluate what’s important to both sides of a transaction to reach a winning outcome.
Today, she blends her life experiences with her real estate expertise to support the needs of buyers and sellers at every stage of life.
